O N L I N E   T H E R A P Y

Online therapy takes place over a secure video chat platform called Zoom. The sessions are ideal for clients who want to skip traffic, uncomfortable waiting rooms and the challenges that often comes with our European weather. You can therefore engage in your sessions wherever you are. The online sessions are face-to-face and we are able to see and hear one another as we engage in your therapeutic process. Once you sign up for online therapy detailed information will be provided regarding setting up Zoom and technology required.
