I am a Counselling Psychologist trained in South Africa who provides mainly online therapy to the ex-pat community here in the Netherlands.

I have a passion for working with diverse groups of people. I enjoy facilitating my client's process that comes with major life changes. My aim is to assist my clients in processing their troubling thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Acknowledging who we are and our current reality, accepting the things we can and cannot change, and finding better ways to cope, allows us to reach a place of greater self-enrichment.

Ethical and moral responsibilities are of great importance to me. I strive towards professional, warm, and understanding relationships. This therapeutic relationship forms part of the therapeutic alliance (between therapist and client). This alliance in return forms an integral part of assisting you in getting your therapeutic work done both in and out of our sessions.
